بزمار نام حیوانی‌ست عجیب و افسانه‌ای که بر اساس شنیده‌ها، توسط برخی از چوپانان در کوه‌های صعب‌العبور چهارمحال و بختیاری دیده شده است. بر اساس این روایت‌ها این حیوان حدود دو یا سه متر طول دارد. ظاهر او کاملا شبیه مار است اما بدنش کاملا پوشیده از پشم است، پشمی شبیه به پشم بز.
این چوپانان 《بزمار》 را موجودی عظیم تصویر کرده‌اند که روی سنگی بسیار صیقلی می‌نشیند.

'Bozmar' is the name of a strange fabled creature. Some of the Sheppard in the impracticable mountains of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province (southwestern Iran) had seen this creature. They say that Bozmar is 2 to 3 meters tall and looks like a snake, but its entire body is covered in hair similar to a goat's. According to what they saw, this creature is an enormous creature that sits on polished stones.
