آق بَلَند موجودی است که نامش در باورهای قزل‌باشان شهر مینودشت در استان گلستان شنیده می‌شود. توصیف این موجود اینگونه است که، سرتاپا سفید و بدن او شبیه روح است. گفته می‌شده که قد او به شش متر هم می‌رسد و در خانه‌های خرابه و یا نیم‌ساخته زندگی می‌کند.
می‌گویند آق بَلَند انسان‌ها را به سمت خود کشیده، داخل بدن خود حل می‌کند و باعث مرگشان می‌شود.

There is a creature whose name is heard among the Ghezelbash people of Minoudasht (Located in Golestan, a province in northern Iran). Its name is [Agh Baland]. Agh Baland is white from head to toe, and its body is see-through like a ghost. It can be around 6 meters tall and lives in the wreckage and half-built houses. They say that Agh Baland draws people to itself and after consuming them, it dissolves them inside its body.
