غرغرمومو در بین اهالی مناطق قشلاقی شرقی قزوین، نام موجودی است که هنگام رعدوبرق شدید در عصر ظاهر می‌شود و بچه‌هایی که بیش از حد بهانه‌گیر و غرغرو هستند را از صدای غرغرشان شناسایی می‌کند و با خودش می‌برد. غرغرمومو این کودکان را در نقاط دوردست و تاریک رها می‌کند تا دیگر کسی صدای غرغرشان را نشنود.
این غول همیشه با خودش طنابی از جنس موی انسان دارد که به قلابی طلایی وصل است.

Among the people of Qazvin (central Iran), there is a tale about a creature named [Ghor Ghor Mo Mo]. This creature appears when a strong thunderbolt occurs in the evening. It would hear the sound of grumpy kids who were nagging and would come to take them. After taking the kids to a dark, distant place, Ghor Ghor Mo Mo would leave them in the darkness so that no one could hear their voices anymore.
