References

A coin from Sistan is believed to be depicting Sasa. You can see a studded crown not dissimilar to that of Parthian Sinatruces. The nose appears long and curved and the beard is short. It is possible that the spots shown on the crown reflect the placement of valuable gems or pearls.

It is agreed among most scholars that the row of animals shown above this type of crown is depicting stags (See Iranica - Crown-ii). The artifacts shown above from Saka cultures may shed light on how these animals were represented on the crown.

Likely Accuracy of the Creative Recreation

Weak Guess:
Although the coin found of Gondophares Sasa can relatively create a clear picture on how he might have looked like in the obsereve’s eyes, the lack of other coins that agree with mentioned coin visually makes it hard to rely on.

Note: The artwork found in the ruins of Mount Khajeh, Sistan, Iran has helped form an approximation on the possible completion of Sases.
