در باور مردمان روستای دوزین (که با تازگی شهر شده) در مینودشت استان گلستان غولی به نام بیوه غول زندگی می‌کرده که با بدنی پر مو تصور می شده.
بیوه غول کارهای مردم را تقلید می‌کرده؛ مردم بر سر زمین‌ها کار می‌کردند یا غذا می‌پختند، بیوه غول هم کار آنان را به اشتباه تکرار و زمین را خراب می‌کرده.
روزی ننه میرحسن به اهالی روستا می‌گوید: "بیایید ما دست و پامان را روغن بزنیم، بعد که او تقلید کرد، الکی کبریت می‌زنیم تا آتش بگیرد."
اهالی نیز همین کار را می‌کنند و بیوه غول در آتش می‌سوزد.
از قدیم هم گفته‌اند:
"چشمه قربان نداف بیوه غول داره!"

According to the people living in Duzin village (located in Golestan province, northern Iran), there's a ghoul called [Biveh Ghoul]. This ghoul's body is covered with hair. Biveh Ghoul enjoys imitating people and whatever they would do, like working on farms or cooking.
One day Mir Hasan's Mom told people who lived in the village, "we could smear oil all over our hands and legs and act like we're trying to set ourselves on fire. Biveh Ghoul will imitate us and set itself on fire.". People agreed and did what she told them, and the ghoul set itself on fire by mistake.
