در باور مردمان مناطق شمال لرستان خصوصا مردم لک، موجودی به نام کراس اسپی (پیرهن سفید) وجود دارد. قد بسیار بلندی (حدوداً سه متر) و لباس بلند و کاملاً سفید دارد. مردم این مناطق او را با مو و ریش بلند تا سینه به تصویر می‌کشند.
کراس اسپی معمولاً در جاده‌ها می‌ایستد و طعمه‌هایش رانندگان تنها هستند. او با صدایی بلند سوال می‌پرسد و انتظار دارد راننده پاسخ دهد.
افرادی که کراس اسپی را دیده‌اند، می‌گویند وی نام و نام پدرشان را می‌دانسته و انتظار دارد راننده توقف کرده، به سه سوال او جواب دهد. اما هرگز مشخص نیست چه سوالاتی خواهد پرسید و پس از پاسخگویی با طعمه چه خواهد کرد.
اولین لحظه‌ای که مشاهده می‌شود، شبیه به هاله‌ای نور با سرعت بالاست اما نزدیک‌تر که می‌آید، ظاهری بسیار ترسناک دارد.

In the beliefs of the people living in the northern part of Lorestan (Lak people), there's a creature called [Keras Espi]. This creature is tall (around 3 meters) and wears a long white outfit. People describe him with hair and a long beard. Keras Espi usually stands next to the roads, and his preys are drivers who drive by themselves. He asks questions very loudly and expects them to answer. Those who have seen Keras Espi say that he knew what their name and their father's name were and expected them to stop the car and answer his three questions. Apparently, it's not clear what he asks about or what he does to the drivers after getting the answer. When people first see him from afar, he looks like a halo of light, but when he gets closer, his scary face becomes clear.
