It Giz buqani | ایت‌قیزبوغانی | قیز بوغان

ایت‌قیزبوغانی در باورهای مردم مشگین‌شهر استان اردبیل، مارمولکی بسیار بزرگ و سراسر سیاه است. مردم این مناطق بر این باور بودند که هنگامی که هیزم اجاق خانه‌ای خاموش شود، این موجود از اجاق بیرون می‌آید و به افراد خانه حمله می‌کند. آن ها را می‌گیرد و با قدرتی که دارد، در یک چشم‌برهم زدن آن‌ها را با خود به دشت‌ها و بیابان‌های دور می‌برد و آنجا رها می‌کند تا از گرسنگی و تشنگی تلف شوند.

In the beliefs of the people of Meshgin Shahr (A city in Ardebil, Northwestern Iran), there is a creature named [It Giz buqani]. It is a huge, black lizard. People believed that if the fire of the logs used in the over was out, this creature came out of it and attacked those who lived in that house. It took them to wastelands in a blink of an eye and left them there until they died of hunger and dehydration.
