در باور مردمان روستای سده، موجودی به نام «خَنّاسِه» وجود دارد. خنّاسه، کوتاه قد اما فرز است. او در روزهای گرم تابستان در صحرا و نخلستان‌های اطراف روستا پشت درختان و حصارباغ‌ها قایم می‌شد و خندهایی شیطانی می‌کرد. اسم این موجود اصطلاحی شده است برای کسانی که بسیار و بی دلیل میخندند

According to the beliefs of the people living in Sedeh village (located in the southwestern part of Iran) and the local lore, there's a creature known as 'Xannaseh'. Despite its short height, Xannaseh moves quickly. In hot seasons, this creature hid in the deserts and palm groves, or behind the trees and fences and laughed evilly. Nowadays, the name, Xannaseh, is used to describe people who laugh all the time and for no reason.
