خیرمامد یا خیرآمد نام موجودی در باورهای مردم کابل افغانستان است. خیرمامد بصورت جنی بسیار کثیف توصیف شده که از زباله تغذیه می‌کند.
این موجود، شب‌هنگام پشت درب خانه‌ها می‌رود و در می‌زند. اگر کسی قبل از گشودن در بگوید:« کیست؟»، او پاسخ نخواهد داد، لذا نباید در خانه را بر رویش باز کرد؛ اما اگر کسی بدون پرسیدنِ «کیست؟» در را باز کند، خیرآمد، وارد شده و او را می‌کشد یا می‌خورد.
برخی بر این باورند که روایت «خیرآمد» جهت جلوگیری از بازکردن در به روی غریبه‌ها برای کودکان بازگو می‌شده.

here's a myth about a creature named 'Kheir-āmad'. Kheir-āmad is a very filthy humanoid Jinn that eats trash. At night, this creature comes to people's doors and knocks. If they ask 'who is it' before opening the door, it won't answer. If they open the door without asking 'who's it', Kheir-āmad will either kill them or eat them. That is why they told children to always ask before opening the door at night and that if there was no answer, not to open the door since Kheir-āmad is behind it.
